• A laptop with an HDMI cable is the most reliable: open the TV link from your host screen and make the browser full screen.
• A smart TV with a web browser works too: type the TV link into the TV's browser.
• Casting a Chrome tab or mirroring with AirPlay works, with a second or two of delay. Use the phone you host from for something else, not the one you're mirroring.
• The TV link has no host controls on it, so it's safe on a screen everyone can see.

• Guests scan the QR code on the TV, or go to FreeShowerGames.com and type the six-digit code.
• Nobody installs an app or makes an account to play.
• Without an account a game holds 6 guests; a free account holds 20. When a game is full, the next guest waits and you can let them in from your phone without restarting.

• Check the code against the TV. Codes are six digits, and an old code stops working when its game ends.
• Try mobile data instead of the Wi-Fi. Some office, school and hotel networks block live games.
• Reload the page. If the phone already joined, it comes back as the same name.
• A very old phone may not run the game. It can still watch the TV.

• A guest who reloads or loses signal rejoins as the same name, and the game carries on without them in the meantime.
• If the host's phone drops, the game keeps going on the TV. Open your host link again, on the same phone, to take back control.
• Removed a guest by mistake? They can join again with a different name.

• The guest of honor answers first, on their own phone or on yours, before the guests guess.
• Answers stay hidden from the guests until each question is revealed on the TV.

• After the games, open the keepsake from your host screen, or from the email we send to your account.
• Save it as an image to share, or as a PDF to print for the couple.
